Answer:

Microsoft Exchange 2003:

  1. On the Exchange server click Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Exchange -> System Manager.
  2. Expand Server, right-click the Storage group , and then click Properties.
  3. Clear the check box for Enable Circular Logging to turn circular logging off. **Make sure to do this for each storage group**
  4. Click OK and continue clicking Yes to the next prompt.
  5. Now we have to restore the Microsoft Exchange Information Store Service, to do this: Click Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
  6. Find the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service.
  7. Right-click the service, and then click Restart.
  8. Done

Microsoft Exchange 2007:

  1. On the Exchange server click Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Exchange -> Exchange Management console.
  2. Expand Server, right-click the Storage group , and then click Properties.
